Anil Kakodkar Presses For Nuclear Energy in India

Anil Kakodkar
Chairman of India’s Atomic Energy Commission Anil Kakodkar has said that the nation should go forward with nuclear energy program.

He was speaking at the 54th convocation of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.

The Institute honored two of India’s best-known technocratic proponents of the nuclear deal.

It awarded honorary doctorates to former President A P J Abdul Kalam and Chairman Kakodkar for their contribution to India’s nuclear program.
