Dr humayun Azad

In 2004, Professor Humayun Azad was
brutally injured in an attack by the Islamic fundamentalists in Bangladesh . After his partial recovery, on an
invitation by PEN, he went to Germany for doing research. Four days later
Dr Azad was found dead in his apartment in Germany. This has been considered by his
family as a mysterious death.
In this program Dr Humayun Azad's wife Latifa Kohinoor
and Poet Hasan Abdullah from New York emphasize on the need of
investigation into attack on Dr Azad . They also say that the perpetrators of
this heinous crime should be brought to justice.
