Dr. Sufian A. Khondker is a Registered Professional Engineer with over thirty-four years experience in Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering. He is a Senior Associate and Chief Water Resources Engineer at Dewberry-Goodkind Incorporated. Dr. Khondker is a world-renowned expert in Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering.
