Willis Conover Memorial Concert Saturday, 26 April 2008


VOA's historic jazz personality, Willis ConoverJoin fellow jazz enthusiasts for the 2008 Willis Conover Memorial Concert, with a Tribute to Quincy Jones, featuring the Blues Alley Youth Orchestra and the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra.  The concert will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the auditorium of VOA headquarters, the Cohen building.  The address is 330 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC.  Entrance to the building is located on C Street.

Reservations are required, and unfortunately the CONCERT IS COMPLETELY BOOKED.

Security screening will be in effect and photo ID will be required to enter the Cohen Building. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
