Jim Teeple was VOA's correspondent in Miami and New Delhi before moving on to Jerusalem.

While in New Delhi, Jim was responsible for news coverage in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Maldives. He spent a lot of time on the road, covering developments in Indian-administered Kashmir, the ongoing civil war in Sri Lanka and other "breaking news" in South Asia.

In his free time, Jim enjoys tennis, swimming and exploring bookstores and historic sites. He enjoys hearing from listeners and if he has time, will try to respond to any questions.
