As the United States nears 100,000 coronavirus deaths, Brazil has surpassed the U.S. as the epicenter with the most fatalities as the World Health Organization Tuesday said more surges of infection across South America are likely through August. The WHO also warned the government of Brazil about its approval of the anti-malarial drug Hydroxychloroquine.
