Reza Gheibi
Freelance journalist Reza Gheibi is known inside Iran for his reporting on the economy and politics. Authorities arrested Gheibi several times, and he finally left the country for Turkey in 2023 as Tehran cracked down on media and critics over mass protests demanding women's rights.
