NASA, the United States Space Agency, has posted an ultra-high definition video of the Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis phenomena as seen from the International Space Station.
The time-lapse video, produced by Harmonic, shows what happens when the electrically charged electrons and protons in Earth's magnetic field crash into neutral atoms in the upper atmosphere.
