Myanmar's military has released 109 children from its ranks, the largest such release since the government agreed two years ago to stop using child soldiers. Since the government signed an agreement with the United Nations to end the conscription of boys as young as 10, the army has released 472 children. But human rights groups say underage youths from poor families are still being recruited by the government as well as anti-government rebels. Zlatica Hoke reports.
