Russian Flights Test NATO

A London-based security think tank is accusing Russia of “dangerous brinkmanship” through what it calls “a highly disturbing” series of airspace violations, close encounters at sea and simulated attack runs against western countries. The report comes after months of intensified Russian military flights probing NATO’s defenses. VOA’s Al Pessin reports from London.
