Obama Announces Steps On Improving Police Practices

President Barack Obama has announced steps to improve trust between the police and communities they serve. Obama revealed his plan late Monday after a meeting with civil rights leaders, law enforcement officials, academics and others. Protests are still taking place in some American cities following last week's decision by a grand jury not to indict the white policeman who killed an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Missouri.
