Iran, World Powers Agree on 'Key Parameters' of Nuclear Deal

After more than a week of grueling talks, Iran, six world powers and the European Union reached what they called "solutions on key parameters" that will allow them to begin drafting an agreement to curb Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for relief from crippling international sanctions.
