In a move that further stunned the football world, the long-time head of the sport's governing body, FIFA, abruptly resigned Tuesday. Sepp Blatter stepped down four days after being re-elected to a fifth term as FIFA's president and less than a week after the organization was shaken by its worst corruption scandal ever.
