Russia-backed Rebel Colonel Vows to ‘Liberate’ More of Ukraine

In Ukraine, concerns are growing that an oft-violated cease-fire could break down into all-out war between government forces and Russia-backed rebels. International monitors have spotted military build-ups on both sides and a rebel commander tells VOA that one way or another, they will take more territory. The fighting has disrupted much-needed humanitarian aid. Daniel Schearf reports.
