Kerry: Syria Talks ‘Most Promising Opportunity’ in Years

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says upcoming talks in Vienna to find a political solution in war-torn Syria are “the most promising opportunity” in years. Kerry spoke Wednesday at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a Washington think tank. VOA’s Molly McKitterick reports.
