The AIDS epidemic has changed the conversation on sex, and activists are more sex-positive than ever. At the International AIDS Conference, there is the famous "no pants" party, salacious dance performances, mingling spaces and advice aplenty about safe sex. Experts say the fight against AIDS can’t continue without frank talk about sex, and that the topic should approached with openness and yes, a sense of fun. Anita Powell brings us this story from the AIDS conference site in Durban.
