U.S. Cautiously Welcomes Korea Talks

The United States is cautiously welcoming North Korea’s decision to participate in the Winter Olympics in Seoul next month and to engage in military talks with the South. But as VOA’s White House correspondent Peter Heinlein reports, Pyongyang’s conciliatory moves are being taken with a heavy dose of skepticism.
