Fish was Main Source of Protein for Stone Age Scandinavians

The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least twice a week as part of a healthy diet. And now new research shows early man probably knew about the health benefits of eating fish a long time ago. In fact scientists are now learning that fish was the main source of protein for Stone Age people in southern Scandinavia many thousands of years ago. VOA’s Julie Taboh has more.
