Rwanda has begun commemorations marking the 25th anniversary of the genocide that killed an estimated 800,000 people. Rwandan President Paul Kagame opened a solemn ceremony on Sunday at a mass grave in the capital Kigali. Dignitaries from around the world attended the event. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports France's role in Rwanda during the massacre is still a matter of dispute between the two countries.
