As the COVID-19 pandemic has taken hold across the United States, even remote areas are suffering from the outbreak. VOA's Arturo Martinez reports from the Navajo Nation in Utah that tourists traveling to nearby national parks appear to have helped spread the disease there, and residents are trying to help bring relief.
