NBA Playoffs: Jazz Beat Spurs

The Utah Jazz remain undefeated on their home court in the National Basketball Association playoffs, after beating the San Antonio Spurs, 109-83.

The Jazz outscored the Spurs 66-36 in the second half Saturday to cut San Antonio's lead in the best-of-seven Western Conference finals to two games to one.

Deron Williams led Utah with 31 points and eight assists. Carlos Boozer added 27 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Jazz.

San Antonio star Tim Duncan got into early foul trouble, and was held to 16 points. He also committed eight turnovers.

Utah has won all seven of its home games in the post-season, and will look to make it eight straight when the Jazz host the Spurs Monday in Salt Lake City.

The Eastern Conference finals continue Sunday with the Detroit Pistons visiting the Cleveland Cavaliers. Detroit leads the series two games to none.
