Police in the northern U.S. state of Wisconsin say they have found six people shot dead at a resort community.
Authorities say the victims were found inside a home in the town of Delavan following reports of gunshots late Saturday.
A two-year-old girl found outside the home with a gunshot to the chest was taken to a nearby hospital.
Information about the relationship between the dead victims was not immediately available.
The Fox News channel says police appear to be treating the case as a possible murder-suicide.
Delavan is a community of about 8,000 people near the city of Milwaukee.
