For the first time in three years, a 40-day-long pilgrimage is being held in Indian-controlled Kashmir. India's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Secretary Apurva Chand says the Amarnath pilgrimage is expected to be the biggest in the history of Jammu and Kashmir.
