Last week, the International Criminal Court prosecutor dropped crimes-against-humanity charges against Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, citing a lack of evidence. Some of those displaced by the violence in 2007-08 that Kenyatta was accused of organizing think the government might now be more free to help them. VOA's Gabe Joselow reports.
