After a contentious, chaotic election, the Democratic Republic of Congo inaugurated a new president on Thursday. Felix Tshisekedi's inauguration, while disputed and controversial, is the first peaceful transfer of power that independent Congo has ever seen. But is it really a new start? Analysts say no.
