Dutch Ambassador Hopes St. Maarten Residents Will Stay, Rebuild

The Netherlands Ambassador to the US, Henne Schuwer told VOA he hopes the residents of St. Maarten will stay on the island and rebuild, rather than fleeing after the hurricane. Henne said the government is prepared to offer them "incentives" if they agree to stay and rebuild.
