The Senate will hold a final vote on whether to acquit or convict and remove President Donald Trump from office on Wednesday, the day after he is scheduled to deliver his annual State of the Union speech. Two American presidents have delivered State of the Union addresses under threat of impeachment: Democrat Bill Clinton and Republican Richard Nixon.
