Impeachment Trial Tests Power of McConnell, Senate's Most Powerful Member

The U.S. Constitution commands the U.S. Senate be responsible for holding an impeachment trial. But it does not say anything about how the trial is to be conducted. While there are some rules that have been determined for this trial, much of its direction will be determined by Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. VOA's Steve Redisch reports.
