Red Wing, a small rural town in Minnesota, is sweetening some of its pandemic blues with help from a local baker. He has taken it upon himself to brighten the day of the local high school graduates, who this year will have to forgo formal graduation ceremonies, by baking them free graduation cakes. VOA’s Penelope Poulou caught up with the baker as he was running around town to deliver his delectable treats.
