First Group of Afghan Female Deminers Being Trained

A group of Afghan female deminers is being trained in Bamyan province in central Afghanistan. Many civilian casualties in Afghanistan are attributed to explosive remnants of war and other improvised explosive devices. The Danish Demining Group pledges to train more women to help them clear their communities of remnants of war if the initiative is approved in the male-dominated country. Zafar Bamyani reports.
