FLASHPOINT UKRAINE: Talks Underway to Resume Ukraine’s Grain Exports

As officials from Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the U.N. met Wednesday in Istanbul to try to negotiate a deal to resume Ukraine’s grain exports from its Russian-blockaded ports, the International Committee of the Red Cross warned that the disruption is exacerbating severe hunger in parts of Africa.
