Investigators in France have identified the attacker who late Thursday steered a speeding truck into a crowd of celebrators during France's independence holiday in Nice, killing 84 people and injuring more than 100 others. As VOA's Jeff Custer reports from Washington, French President Francois Hollande went to Nice Friday to assess the situation.
