Hagel Prepares for Week Focused on Asia

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is preparing for a week of meetings that highlight the U.S. pivot to Asia. Starting Tuesday, he hosts defense ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, or ASEAN, in Hawaii before traveling to Japan and China. VOA's Colin Lovett reports.
