The clean-up continues in areas hit by Hurricane Michael. For residents still trapped in their homes, help is not coming fast enough. A team of volunteers is trying to change that with a chainsaw and some water. VOA’s Elizabeth Lee has this report from the coastal town of Panama City, Florida.
