Candidates Make Final Pitches Ahead of Iowa Vote

After months of campaigning and debates, voters in the Midwest state of Iowa are about to have the first say in the 2016 race for U.S. president. Iowans will turn out Monday night to vote in party caucus meetings and express their preferences for president. Tight races are expected for both major parties. The latest polls show a close Republican race between real estate mogul Donald Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and a tight Democratic contest between former secretary of state Hillary Clinton and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
