Bombings in Ramadi and Baquba leave many wounded
Iraqi officials say a suicide car bombing outside a government compound Sunday has killed at least eight people, including six police officers.
More than 20 other people were wounded in the attack near a provincial council building in the city of Ramaldi, 100 kilometers west of the capital, Baghdad. The death toll is expected to rise.
Another bomb was detonated nearby moments later.
Elsewhere, officials say a suicide bomber has killed at least two people in the northern Iraqi city of Baquba.
