Kerry Watches US Flag Rise Again Over Havana Embassy

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in Havana, where he presided at a ceremony raising the U.S. flag at the American Embassy -- reopened in a ceremony that confirmed the two nations' re-engagement after more than half a century. VOA's Jeff Custer reports from Washington.
