Ruling AKP Party Leads in Turkey Elections

Early results show the party Turkey's President Racep Tayyip Erdogan is set to regain control of the parliament in snap elections held Sunday amid an atmosphere of tension. With more than 80 percent of the vote counted, Erdogan's party has more than 50 percent of the vote. Voter turnout was very high - 87 percent.
