At Chad's border with Sudan, Sudanese security forces tell VOA they fled their country because they have neither supplies nor ammunition to fight their opponents, the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. As the rule of law breaks down in Sudan's Darfur region, analysts and aid groups say the risk of the conflict spreading to neighboring countries is high. Henry Wilkins reports from Koufroune, Chad.
