Tehran Frees 5 Iranian Americans in Prisoner Swap

Five Iranian Americans held by Iran were released under a deal that frees up $6 billion of restricted funds owed to Iran. But Tehran is defiant about how it plans to use the money, and critics say the deal amounts to paying a ransom to an increasingly authoritarian regime. VOA’s Anita Powell reports from Washington.
