Traffic Is Africa's Problem, Too, Say Experts

As Africa's cities grow, so too do the unpleasant effects of urban life, like traffic and pollution. This month, the city of Johannesburg is piloting a program that encourages people to get out of their cars and walk, bike or ride public transportation to work.
