Trump Says US Couldn't Lift Sanctions Against N. Korea

During a post-summit press conference in Hanoi, Vietnam, President Donald Trump said the US and North Korea did not sign an agreement Thursday because "they wanted sanctions lifted and we couldn't do that". Trump said although no deal was signed, he considers the summit successful.
