Turkey hosts more refugees than any other country in the world, including more than 3 million Syrians escaping the civil war. Newly reelected Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is standing by his refugee policy of admitting millions of refugees, mainly Syrians, into Turkey and them allowing to stay despite growing public opposition.
