Twelve Pacific Rim countries have set the stage for what may become the world’s largest trading bloc. After more than five years of negotiations, ministers from those countries signed the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement Thursday. But as Mil Arcega reports, the landmark free trade deal faces more roadblocks before it becomes a done deal.
