The U.S. president's first 100 days in office are usually a time when the new administration's top policy proposals roll forward. The new White House may even get a head start on legislation that is signed into law. But at this point, about halfway into Trump's first 100 days, things are not going so smoothly, as VOA's Bill Gallo reports.
