VOA Spanish: Venezuela promotes military drills in response to 'threats' from 'enemies'

The Venezuelan government has begun its first military and police exercises of the year with the aim of ensuring "order and peace" in the country, in the face of what it calls "threats" from "internal and external" enemies.
