President Cyril Ramaphosa said Wednesday he spoke with billionaire and ally of US President Donald Trump, Elon Musk, to “reinforce" Musk's understanding of the nation’s Expropriation Act. Trump has threatened to cut funding to South Africa over alleged land confiscations.
