Washington Digests Russia Hacking Report

With a presidential inauguration less than two weeks away, Washington is digesting a U.S. intelligence report containing the strongest, most detailed allegations to date that Russia used cyber-attacks and other tactics to meddle in the November election won by Donald Trump.
