The staff and owners of a newspaper in the Midwestern state of Kansas have had their equipment returned and the search warrant withdrawn after a controversial police raid. But Marion County Record publisher Eric Meyer blames the raid for the death of his mother, who co-owned the newspaper, and says he will pursue legal action.
