Zimbabwe’s former president, Robert Mugabe, lashed out Sunday at the political party he founded, saying he could not vote for the ruling ZANU-PF in Monday’s poll. His sharp words came just hours ahead of the nation’s most critical election in decades -- the the first one in which Mugabe is not running.
